Vaudreuil Volkswagen, the number one Volkswagen dealership in Vaudreuil-Dorion, is looking for a talented Receptionist / Host to join a team dedicated to excellence in customer service. This position requires at least 1 year of experience in reception or customer service and offers the opportunity to directly contribute to the customer experience throughout their journey at Vaudreuil Volkswagen.
Your responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming visitors and responding to phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Managing the appointment schedule, registering visitors, and ensuring administrative follow-up related to reception.
- Guiding customers to the appropriate departments (sales, service, finance) and facilitating their tour of the dealership.
- Keeping the counter and waiting area clean and comfortable, reflecting the dealership's brand image.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and exceptional customer experience.
- Providing general administrative support (emails, messages, data entry into the CRM and internal tools).
Your qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception/customer service, ideally in an automotive or service-oriented context.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French; English is an advantage.
- Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, high organization, and team spirit.
- Proficiency with common computer tools (Microsoft Office suite, CRM/scheduling systems, etc.).
- Availability for schedules compatible with the dealership's operations (flexibility in hours as needed).
