The Desjardins Automotive Group is seeking experienced leaders to fill the position of General Manager / General Director within a high-volume dealership and a prestigious luxury brand dealership in the Montreal area.
Mandate and Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall performance of the dealership and the consistency of management across all departments: new and used car sales, after-sales service, parts, and financial operations.
- Define and deploy an operational and commercial strategy aimed at achieving and surpassing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Mobilize, develop, and motivate teams to foster operational excellence and top-tier customer service.
- Establish and maintain solid and constructive relationships with manufacturers and financial partners.
- Guarantee an exemplary customer experience at every contact and manage complex situations with effective solutions.
- Ensure strategic leadership, sound judgment, and rigorous execution of plans and initiatives.
- Oversee all operations and present results to senior management, ensuring transparent and regular communication.
