About the role
Trade Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic / Commercial Transport Mechanic position in Quesnel, BC. Full-time, year-round position.
Key considerations:

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair an equipment fleet that includes trucks, trailers, graders, loaders, backhoes, mowers, brushers, sweepers, excavators, pavers, rollers, asphalt profilers, and winter-maintenance attachments.
- Execute preventive maintenance programs.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure high equipment availability.
Requirements
- Certified Trade Journeyman Heavy Duty or Commercial Transport Mechanic.
- Valid BC driver’s license (minimum Class 5; Class 1 or 3 with air preferred). Positive driving record.
- Physically fit and capable of performing job requirements.
- Applicants must comply with a mandatory drug pre-screening policy and provide a satisfactory current driver’s abstract.
