Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to sales and service teams, ensuring a deep understanding of Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, and Aston Martin vehicles.
- Collaborate with our technicians to quickly identify and resolve technical issues related to the vehicles.
- Ensure smooth communication between the technical and commercial departments by conveying accurate and relevant information.
- Participate in ongoing employee training on new models and technologies, ensuring that the team is always up to date.
- Develop technical documents and communication materials for customers and employees.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in automotive mechanics or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical context, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team while demonstrating independence.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
- A passion for luxury cars and knowledge of British brands is a major advantage.
