About the role
As a Licensed Technician at Cavalcade Ford, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while working in a well‑organized shop with a strong team and consistent workflow. You’ll be supported by experienced advisors and management, allowing you to focus on doing quality work efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Perform inspections and identify additional service needs
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
- Complete repair orders and documentation accurately
Requirements
- Licensed Automotive Technician (310S or 310T)
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Team‑oriented with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s licence

- Pay Rate: $33 to $42 per hour (Flat rate for 310S), rate for 310T straight time to be discussed
- 3 weeks vacation
