Your role
As part of the BMW Sherbrooke after-sales team, you will play a key role in accurately identifying mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues. Your diagnostic expertise will help guide repairs efficiently and uphold the quality standards associated with the BMW brand.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth diagnostics on BMW vehicles and other luxury vehicles.
- Analyze symptoms, fault codes, and electronic system data to identify the cause of failures.
- Use the appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle systems.
- Determine the repairs needed following diagnostics and carry out related work.
- Collaborate with the after-sales service team to support case follow-up and resolve technical issues.
Ideal candidate
- At least one year of experience in automotive mechanics or diagnostics.
- Experience with luxury vehicles; familiarity with BMW is an asset.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostic skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and work methodically.
- Thorough, self-directed, and committed to high-quality work.
- Relevant training in automotive mechanics.
