What you will do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults on Subaru vehicles, ensuring quality and safety in interventions.
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections, as well as necessary repairs.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify causes of failures and propose solutions.
- Work in collaboration with the service team to plan repairs and ensure deadlines are met.
- Document interventions in the service management system and communicate recommendations to advisors / customer service.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety of the workshop according to internal procedures.
- Actively participate in internal training and professional development to stay updated on the latest Subaru technologies.
Profile sought
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics required.
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in automotive mechanics or equivalent; knowledge of electrical and electronic systems is an asset.
- Strong interest in Subaru technologies and all-wheel-drive vehicles.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and work with manual and electronic tools.
- Team spirit, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and availability for full-time hours.
- Excellent autonomy while being able to work under supervision when necessary.
