Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Subaru vehicles (and other brands as needed) in compliance with manufacturer standards and internal procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine mechanical interventions (brakes, suspensions, fluid levels, belts, air conditioning systems, etc.).
- Diagnose electronic and electrical faults, interpret codes, and follow diagnostic protocols using specialized tools.
- Accurately record interventions and prepare reports, estimates, and required parts.
- Collaborate with other technicians and teams to ensure deadlines are met and quality is impeccable.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Profile
- Licensed auto mechanic or technician, or apprentice with 0 years of experience required.
- Relevant diploma (DEP in automotive mechanics or equivalent) or in the process of obtaining one; or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge of diagnostic systems and tools; strong interest in modern automotive technologies.
- Team spirit, autonomy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license; availability to adapt to operational needs.
- Fluent in French; knowledge of technical English is an asset.
