Main Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles of the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat brands according to manufacturer standards.
- Perform electrical and electronic diagnostics using specialized tools and interpret diagrams and service manuals.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and necessary repairs while respecting deadlines and quality standards.
- Accurately document interventions and parts used, and track work orders.
- Work closely with service advisors and the workshop team to optimize the customer experience.
- Follow safety procedures, internal policies, and requirements regarding vehicle reliability and resale.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive mechanics.
- Preference given to expertise in electrical diagnostics and electrical/electronic systems.
- Vocational diploma (DEP) or equivalent in automotive mechanics (or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver's license.
- Team spirit, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a results-oriented environment.
