Job Description Brossard Mitsubishi is seeking a Mechanic / Technician specialized in diagnostics and electrical systems, Class 1 or Class 2, for a full-time position. Salary is more than competitive. Minimum experience required: 5 years. Possibility to advance to a workshop foreman role upon request. Join our group of Mitsubishi dealerships, backed by over 20 years of experience and privileged access to manufacturer resources and training.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic systems of Mitsubishi vehicles (and other brands as per procedures), using diagnostic tools and provided diagrams.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and quality protocols.
- Analyze breakdowns, suggest optimal solutions, and accurately document interventions in the workshop management system.
- Collaborate with customers and the service team to ensure high customer satisfaction and meet deadlines.
- Strictly adhere to safety rules, internal procedures, and quality requirements.
- Potentially assume workshop foreman responsibilities based on needs and interest.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Qualified automotive mechanic or technician, Class 1 or Class 2.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and electrical systems.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (OBD, CAN systems, etc.) and ability to interpret electrical diagrams.
- Knowledge of Mitsubishi systems and ability to work with manufacturer procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Team spirit, autonomy, and reliability; valid driver's license; ability to work in a workshop and adhere to safety standards.
