Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive mechanics/maintenance
- Technical training in automotive maintenance or equivalent
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic systems
- Team spirit, rigor, and customer service orientation
- Fluent French; technical English is an asset
Main Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical, electronic, and safety systems of Mercedes-Benz vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Perform preventive maintenance and quality repairs, ensure final inspection and vehicle reconditioning
- Interpret diagrams and use diagnostic tools and Mercedes-Benz-specific software
- Collaborate with customer service and parts department to optimize intervention times and customer satisfaction
- Accurately document interventions and adhere to safety and quality procedures
- Actively participate in continuous training and stay informed of technical developments specific to the brand
