Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, primarily Audis and European vehicles, in accordance with the service center's standards and procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance (oil changes, filters, belts, brakes, suspensions, transmission) and mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools (scanners, multimeters, OEM tools) to identify faults and propose effective solutions.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical data sheets; clearly document interventions and results in the customer file.
- Work in collaboration with service advisors to explain repairs, estimate times, and ensure a transparent customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of workshop processes.
- Maintain clear communication with the team and actively contribute to the smooth operation of the service center.
Requirements
- Technical diploma in automobile mechanics (DEP/DEC or equivalent).
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role; preference for experience with European vehicles and advanced diagnostic tools.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; ability to diagnose quickly and propose concrete solutions.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills; good communication skills.
- Fluent French; English is an asset.
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability for certain hours and the ability to adapt to service needs.
