Job Description

• Perform basic work on vehicles and, after training, carry out high-voltage interventions, with or without supervision.
• Provide relevant information to Tesla's design and engineering teams to enable continuous improvement of repair procedures and products.
• Work with a collaborative attitude and team spirit in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
• Be responsible for your development and technical expertise by creating and maintaining an individual development plan, with the support of other team members and management.
• Detail and document repairs in a consistent and concise manner.
• Inspect and maintain workshop equipment and request replacement as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure delivery of an exceptional product by cleaning and detailing vehicles as needed.

Requirements and qualifications

• Automotive technician license, or desire to become an apprentice technician through provincial training.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Section 609 refrigerant handling certification, preferred.
• Evidence of a "safety first" attitude.
• Valid Canadian Class 5, G or G2 driver's license.
• The successful candidate will support projects across all Canadian provinces and will communicate daily primarily in English with staff and clients outside Quebec.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
