Job Description

• Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical and electrical repairs on a range of new and used vehicles.
• Diagnose breakdowns using specialized tools and onboard systems, interpret error codes and propose appropriate interventions.
• Work in collaboration with fellow technicians and reception staff to provide a smooth and professional customer experience.
• Plan and prioritize workshop tasks, respecting procedures and deadlines.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized and compliant with safety and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electronics and the vehicle body systems.
• Perform diagnostics accurately and document interventions in the technical records.
• Carry out periodic maintenance and necessary repairs according to manufacturers' recommendations.
• Participate in internal training and stay up to date on new developments and manufacturer procedures.
• Adopt a customer-centered approach, explain the work performed and answer questions in a professional manner.

Profile sought

• Training in automotive mechanics (DEP/DEC or equivalent) or equivalent experience; 0 years of experience required.
• Technical curiosity and interest in modern automotive technologies (electronic diagnosis, driver assistance systems).
• Team spirit, sense of service and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Reading and understanding technical schematics; mastery of basic diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and to grow within the team.
