Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in Nissan vehicles and associated brands.
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks according to manufacturer procedures and internal standards.
- Use computerized diagnostic tools and interpret results to validate repairs.
- Collaborate with the service team to plan interventions and clearly communicate results and recommendations to the customer.
- Order and track necessary parts and consumables; ensure traceability of interventions.
- Apply safety standards and internal procedures; keep the workshop clean and organized.
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to process improvements to optimize service quality and efficiency.
Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive mechanics.
- DEP/DEC in automotive mechanics or equivalent technical training (or relevant training).
- Good knowledge of modern vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical/diagnostic systems).
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
- Team spirit, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license; availability according to service needs.
