Job Description

Job Title: Multimedia Technician

Department: Marketing

Reporting to the marketing management, the multimedia technician plays a hybrid and versatile role within the Genx Automobile Group. The person in this position will be responsible both for producing visual content for our various dealerships and for providing audiovisual support.

On a daily basis, your mandate will include designing graphic and video material for our social media and monthly campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

Content Creation and Social Media:

  • Produce attractive visual and graphic content (using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva) for the group's various dealership social media platforms.
  • Create visuals and variations necessary for each month's promotional campaigns.
  • Record (shoot) and edit dynamic videos for our social media platforms.
  • Plan and schedule posts on social media using management tools like Content Studio.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage daily projects via Asana.

Technical and Audiovisual Support:

  • Provide video support during internal group events.
  • Prepare and test audio and video equipment (manage cameras, microphones, optimize quality).
  • Assist teams in using multimedia tools and respond quickly to technical incidents to ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • Excellent command of graphic creation tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Concrete experience in shooting and editing videos.
  • Knowledge of project management and content scheduling tools (Asana, Content Studio).
  • Experience with audiovisual (AV) systems: installation, adjustments, and integration of audio/video and lighting equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical incidents (quick diagnostics and user support).
  • Creativity, aesthetic sense, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Valid driver's license (travel between dealerships required for shooting).
  • Additional asset: technical training in multimedia, integration, or audiovisual production.

Working Conditions

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Start Date: November 1.
  • Location: Hybrid mode. Presence at the dealership or in the office will be adjusted based on specific needs related to shoots, events, and practical tasks. The rest of the tasks (content preparation, editing, scheduling) can be performed remotely.
