Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to be painted.
- Expertly apply paint layers, using appropriate techniques to achieve a smooth and uniform finish.
- Work closely with other team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to workplace safety and health regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve any issues related to paint and finishes.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in automotive painting.
- Knowledge of painting products and techniques, as well as equipment used in the field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness to ensure high-quality work.
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
