Do you enjoy customer service and want to join a dynamic team? Grenier Chrysler Montreal East is looking for a part-time evening receptionist to warmly welcome our customers and support dealership operations.
Schedule**
- Monday to Thursday
- From 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Main responsibilities - Welcome customers upon arrival at the dealership.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant departments.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
- Perform various administrative and support tasks.
- Keep the reception area clean and well-organized.
- Any other related tasks
Desired profile - Excellent customer service skills.
- Sociable, professional, and well-presented.
- Good knowledge of basic computer tools.
- Experience in the automotive field.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset)
