We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play an essential role in customer satisfaction and our team of technicians. Your daily mission As a parts specialist, you will be the orchestrator of inventory and service:
- Welcome and advise customers (at the counter and on the phone) skillfully, offering the best solutions and accessories.
- Provide the necessary parts to the workshop accurately so that repairs run smoothly.
- Receive, label, organize, and order parts. Ensure nothing is missing and everything is in its place.
- Track special orders, manage returns, and collaborate with suppliers to find the hard-to-find items. The profile we are looking for
- You hold a skills card (CPA) of class A
- You have a cheerful voice and customer satisfaction at heart.
- You know how to manage priorities (and emergencies!) without losing your composure.
- You naturally collaborate with technical advisors and mechanics. The little "extras" that make a difference:
