Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play an essential role in customer satisfaction and our team of technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and advise customers on necessary products and parts.
- Manage the parts inventory, including receiving, organizing, and inventorying.
- Process orders and returns efficiently and systematically.
- Collaborate with service teams and the workshop to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends.
Required qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Very good knowledge of parts and sales processes.
- Bilingual
Schedule:
- Varied hours from Monday to Friday.
- 40 hours/week and 45 hours/week during the season.
