At Léveillé Ford, a Ford dealership in Saint-Jérôme that is rapidly expanding, we are looking for a Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor to join our team dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and advise them on the suitable parts and accessories for their Ford vehicle and maintenance needs.
- Receive, prepare, and track parts orders; prepare quotes and follow up until delivery.
- Manage parts inventory, organize shelves, and ensure the availability of standard and specialized parts.
- Collaborate with the Service department to ensure proper diagnostics and timely supply of parts.
- Draft and complete sales documents, ensure invoicing, and handle after-sales service.
- Suggest additional sales solutions and optimize sales while respecting internal procedures and Ford standards.
- Keep the parts area clean and organized and ensure safety rules are followed.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in auto parts sales or a related role (customer service, store, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Team spirit, organizational skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication and sales skills; knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is an asset; familiarity with parts management systems (ERP) would be a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and availability to work according to the dealership’s hours.
