Main responsibilities:
- Take photos of vehicles for the website.
- Help upload photos to the website.
- Retrieve and deliver parts and materials to clients and suppliers.
- Greet customers at the parts counter professionally.
- Respond to technicians' requests by ensuring quick availability of needed parts.
- Search, identify, and order automotive parts as needed.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty issues for parts.
- Assist in managing the parts inventory.
- Move vehicles.
- Assist with the customer shuttle service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- In-depth knowledge of parts management systems and electronic catalogs (SERTI, Unato).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
