Grenier BMW is currently looking for a Product Genius / Driver to join its team.
We are seeking an energetic, passionate, resourceful person with a customer service-oriented mindset, who wishes to invest long-term in a stable company where a real career can be built.

Main Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department or delivery area
• Prepare and coordinate vehicle deliveries
• Present vehicles to clients and explain their operation, features, and technologies
• Guide clients through the complete handling of their vehicle
• Configure and connect the My BMW app according to established procedures
• Explain digital features and answer customer questions
• Have clients sign and complete the necessary documents during delivery
• Maintain close communication with sales managers (F&I) to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Move vehicles as needed for operational purposes
• Participate in organizing and maintaining inventory in the lot and showroom
• Install plates and perform basic preparations on vehicles
• Participate in BMW training to keep knowledge up to date
• Provide support to various departments when needed
• Perform any other related tasks involved in dealership operations
