About the role
Job Title: Red Seal Automotive Mechanic
Location: Goffs, NS
Pay Range: $80,000 - $87,360
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (no weekends)
Responsibilities
- Perform light mechanical inspections and repairs, including brakes, batteries, lights, belts, and fluid changes
- Change oil, oil filters, fuel filters, and conduct transmission flushes
- Inspect vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with standards
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and recommending appropriate repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Requirements
- Valid Red Seal certification in Automotive Service Technician
- Willingness to perform hands‑on mechanical work with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
