Volkswagen Popular is looking for a passionate and customer service-oriented sales advisor to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in helping our customers find the new or used Volkswagen vehicle that suits their needs while proudly representing our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers professionally and cordially.
- Understand their needs and present suitable Volkswagen models, along with their features and options.
- Guide customers throughout the purchasing process, offering an exceptional experience.
- Negotiate and close sales ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional events and stay up-to-date with Volkswagen products and offers.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals.
Requirements:
- Sales experience (minimum of one year required).
- Knowledge of the Volkswagen brand or a strong interest in it.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Team spirit and motivation to surpass goals.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
