Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as an Accounting Clerk / Sales Assistant. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in contract management, handling requests, and organizing the daily activities of the department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with vehicle sales and purchases.
- Inventory of vehicles.
- Billing for vehicles.
- Billing for reconditioning fees and others.
- Storing supplier invoices.
- Keep customer databases and sales records up to date.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to questions and proactively resolving issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Advanced experience with the Serti (Keyloop) system.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
