Are you dynamic, meticulous, and passionate about the automotive field? Our sales team is looking for a Sales Assistant to support our daily operations and provide an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will play a key part at the heart of our dealership by supporting the sales team.
Your main responsibilities
- Inventory management: Take charge of the inventory of new and used vehicles.
- Fleet management: Ensure diligent follow-up and meticulous record-keeping of fleet/commercial vehicle files.
- Appointment scheduling: Respond to inquiries and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- F&I support: Prepare and organize administrative files for financing and insurance.
- Assistance with deliveries: Support the vehicle delivery process to customers to ensure a smooth and memorable experience.
