Your role

Under the supervision of the sales manager, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through all stages of their purchasing experience:

• Welcoming each customer with courtesy and professionalism
• Identifying their needs and proposing the vehicle perfectly suited to their lifestyle
• Presenting the distinctive features, technologies, and advantages of the Volvo range
• Organizing and accompanying road tests
• Preparing and negotiating sales offers until the transaction is concluded
• Providing attentive follow-up after delivery to ensure total satisfaction
• Actively participating in training and brand events
• Collaborating with the financing, aesthetics, and after-sales service teams

Desired profile

• Experience in automotive sales or in the luxury sector (major asset)
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong listening ability
• Neat presentation, positive, and professional attitude
• Passion for automobiles, design, and innovation
• Team spirit and dynamism in a constantly evolving environment
