JOB SUMMARY:

Under the responsibility of the sales manager/assistant sales manager, the sales representative will play an essential role in promoting and selling vehicles to customers. They will be responsible for guiding customers throughout the purchasing process, answering their questions, providing detailed information about the vehicles, and closing successful sales.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

Welcome the customer, build a trusting relationship, and commit to their satisfaction; Help customers choose a vehicle by identifying their needs; Explain the performance, operation, and benefits of the products; Describe optional equipment; Offer test drives and obtain necessary identification; Explain leasing and purchasing terms; Complete necessary documents for a sale or lease; Explain depreciation and concepts of equity and residual value; Negotiate the price and get the transaction approved; Inform the assistant manager about exchanges, refunds, or credit notes; Forward completed transactions to the sales manager; Optimize meetings with the sales manager for the customer; Set and control personal sales goals; Analyze and organize activities regularly; Stay informed about new products and laws governing automobile sales; Follow up on customer satisfaction after the sale and resolve issues; Follow up with customers who did not make a purchase; Perform any other tasks requested by the supervisor.
