As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in building lasting relationships with our clients while promoting our wide range of vehicles, including popular models such as the Dodge Grand Caravan, Jeep Wrangler, and Ram 1500. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers to understand their needs and guiding them throughout the vehicle selection process.
- Effectively presenting the features and benefits of products to both individuals and families.
- Achieving and exceeding sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Following up with customers after the sale to ensure their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborating with the team to develop promotional strategies and events that drive sales.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-focused role.
- A proven ability to build relationships with customers and a solid understanding of the automotive market.
