Our high-volume luxury dealership is looking for a visionary, charismatic, and motivated New Vehicle Sales Director to lead their team to excellence.

Your mission
As a true conductor, you will be responsible for the strategy, performance, and growth of the new vehicle sales department.
Your role will be to inspire, structure, and elevate collective performance while ensuring a luxury automobile customer experience.

Key responsibilities
Guide and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results;
Implement effective, personalized sales strategies;
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at every step;
Analyze performance indicators and adjust action plans;
Work closely with finance, marketing, and service departments;

What we are looking for
Proven experience in automotive sales management, ideally in a luxury or performance environment;
Mobilizing leadership and excellent interpersonal skills;
Analytical mindset and strong business acumen;
Ability to manage multiple priorities with rigor and diplomacy;
Passion for automobiles, design, and high-end service;
Bilingualism (French/English) required.
