Longueuil Toyota is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Director. Reporting to the General Management, the selected individual will play a key role in achieving volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets, all while adhering to Toyota standards.
Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate the new vehicle sales team.
• Implement effective sales strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze results and adjust action plans to meet or exceed goals.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with Toyota standards.
• Collaborate closely with finance, after-sales, and senior management departments.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and internal procedures.

• Experience in automotive sales management, ideally with new vehicles.
• Motivational leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
