- Welcome customers at the dealership (transfers to sales advisors);
- Coordinate and supervise each stage of the internal sales process;
- Assess trade-in vehicles;
- Close transactions ("T.O.").
- Authorize transactions;
- Follow up on dealership visits with sales advisors;
- Coach and develop the sales team; Here's what awaits you with us;
- Salary of $150K+ per year with performance bonuses (depending on experience)
- Demonstrator vehicle or allowance!
- On-site training by the best in the industry (performance coach at the dealership)!
