Sales Director – CAS Financing

Your strategic responsibilities in a stimulating, challenging, and results-oriented environment:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the development and performance of your branch's sales team. Your main tasks include:
• Actively participating in the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new brokers
• Providing on-the-ground coaching and targeted training sessions to enhance your team’s skills
• Ensuring strict adherence to sales tracking and customer service quality standards
• Preparing and accompanying brokers in client meetings to optimize conversion rates
• Implementing follow-up plans for closed or pending files
• Implementing and monitoring new tools, procedures, and best practices
• Effectively managing disputes or issues related to sales
• Tracking performance indicators (KPI) and adjusting strategies accordingly
• Collaborating with management to evaluate performance and ensure continuous optimization
• Planning and executing scalable training plans with the Training Director
Your profile: a results-driven and strategic leader
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a solid background in team management
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry or specialized financing
• Proficiency with CRM tools and dynamic sales environments
• Ability to mobilize, structure, and motivate a team towards performance
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
