About Us

The history between the Losier family and the Mitsubishi brand is not recent. It all began on rally circuits, where Mr. Réjean Losier and his sons, Simon and Maxime, discovered the reliability and performance of Japanese vehicles.

In 2003, driven by this passion, Mr. Losier opened his first dealership in Blainville, in partnership with Groupe Boisvert. Since then, the company has continued to grow.

Today, Groupe Losier has four Mitsubishi dealerships as well as several recreational vehicle and used car dealerships. We are expanding rapidly and are looking to strengthen our team with motivated, dynamic, and customer service-oriented individuals.

The Role

The salesperson for used vehicles plays a key role in the dealership's success. You will be responsible for assisting our customers in purchasing their vehicle, while actively contributing to achieving the sales targets of the department.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Customer service and sales
  • Welcome each customer with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Identify customers' needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Present available used vehicles, their features, advantages, and options.
  • Organize and oversee test drives.
  • Advise customers to guide them toward the vehicle that best meets their expectations.
  • Negotiate prices, promotions, and trade-ins, respecting company policies.
  • Prepare and manage all documentation related to the sale.

Follow-up and Customer Loyalty

  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Offer, if necessary, additional services.

Performance and Collaboration

  • Achieve the sales goals set by management.
  • Stay informed about new models and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team, financial advisors, and other department members.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training on sales, products, and customer service.
