- Prospect new clients, including through social media, follow-up with clients, follow-up calls, and developing new business opportunities;
- Ensure diligent follow-up before, during, and after the sale to foster customer loyalty;
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC product range as well as current promotions.
