Job Description
About the role
We're an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea: make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care. That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment. We build tools that make care smarter and more human: tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.
Fullscript is how thousands of healthcare providers deliver better care to their patients, and paid digital is one of our biggest growth levers. As Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll oversee paid strategy across search, social, and programmatic, manage a large budget, and have a dedicated experimentation budget to find the channels and tactics that will drive our next stage of growth. You'll work with a high-performing agency and a small in-house team, with the autonomy to shape how Fullscript reaches new providers online. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and strategic marketing leader who can balance hands-on campaign management with long-term strategic vision. You will shape Fullscript's paid digital approach, mentor a growing team, and continuously evolve how Fullscript connects with healthcare providers online.
Great work happens when people feel supported, trusted, and inspired. At Fullscript, we stay curious and keep finding smarter ways to make care better. We grow together, take on new challenges, and focus on impact. We put people first, work as a team, and leave egos at the door.
Responsibilities
- Paid Digital Strategy: Includes Paid Search, including Google's AI-driven formats (PMax, AI Max) and automated bidding, with the judgment to know when to lean into automation and when to take back control. Social, and Programmatic. Strategically drive planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms, focusing on customer acquisition. Ensure cohesive strategy across all channels.
- Campaign Management: While hands-on execution is managed by our agency, this role will be expected to optimize, and troubleshoot digital campaigns across the marketing funnel. Leverage market-leading DSPs, Meta, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads to achieve Fullscript's growth goals.
- Test & Learn: Own a dedicated experimentation budget to pilot new channels, tactics, and formats, such as healthcare networks, CTV, LinkedIn, or emerging AI-driven ad products. Design tests with clear hypotheses and success criteria, and make the call on what scales and what gets cut.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Own how we measure paid performance, using incrementality testing, first-party data, and offline conversion tracking to optimize toward qualified providers and revenue, not just leads. Navigate signal loss and healthcare advertising restrictions, and turn large data sets into clear recommendations that drive efficiency and ROI.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, and data, while also managing external partners. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring the effective execution of campaigns.
- Client & Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, and cross functional stakeholders. Collaborate on strategy and planning for campaigns as part of Fullscript's broader marketing mix.
- Process Improvement: Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of Fullscript's paid digital capabilities, using AI tools and automation to speed up reporting, analysis, and creative iteration. Identify and implement process improvements to automate and streamline workflow to ensure efficient high-quality campaign delivery.
- Budget Management: Oversee your portion of the paid digital budget management, including spend delivery, invoicing, investment, and forecast tracking. Help drive profitability within the department while ensuring campaign efficiency and performance.
