We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team!
Job Description
- Open work orders
- Close work orders
- Propose maintenance recommended by the manufacturer OR the dealership
- Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
- Answer calls and schedule appointments
- Follow up on parts on order
- Understand and apply the manufacturer's warranty including prepaid maintenance plans
- Make requests related to extended warranties
- Manage multiple software platforms
