Théo Gosselin Tires and Mechanics is looking for an experienced technical advisor to join our dynamic and well-established team in Laval. If you are passionate about automobiles, customer service-oriented, and seeking a professional and human work environment — this position is for you.
➤ Your Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and clearly understand their mechanical needs
- Clearly explain the services and repairs to be performed
- Schedule appointments and ensure rigorous follow-up on work
- Coordinate effectively with the workshop technicians
- Manage work orders, parts, and billing
- Provide courteous, honest, and professional service at every visit
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and the quality image of the company
➤ Desired Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical advisor in the automotive field
- Excellent communication skills, listening ability, and friendliness
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with rigor and method
- Knowledge of workshop management software (e.g., Costar, Alldata, Mitchell – an asset)
- General knowledge of automotive mechanics
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and reliability
