We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team at Lallier Honda Pointe-aux-Trembles. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding our clients throughout their automotive journey by providing knowledgeable advice and personalized solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and provide clear technical recommendations to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth communication and effective follow-up on customer files.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to help our clients make informed decisions.
- Stay informed about the latest technological developments in the automotive industry and Honda products to maintain a high level of expertise.
- Actively participate in ongoing training to improve your skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong sense of customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products and services, particularly the Honda range.
- Certification or technical training in automotive mechanics is a plus.
