You are passionate about customer service and the automotive field; Olivier Hyundai St-Basile is looking for a technical advisor to join its existing team!
Salary: Salary between $60,000 and $90,000 based on your performance; Base salary plus commissions.

Requirements: Experience in a similar role; Experience with the Serti software (a plus); Excellence in customer service; Sales skills.
Summary of the position:
Welcome customers and gather the necessary information to determine their vehicle repair and maintenance needs. Sell maintenance services according to the client's needs while ensuring the quality of customer service. Ensure strict follow-up on client files.
