We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team at CPA Montréal. This key role requires a solid expertise in automotive mechanics and a commitment to skill development in the sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver technical training tailored to the needs of the automotive service industry.
  • Assess the skills of learners and adjust training modules accordingly to ensure the acquisition of the required knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with employers to identify training needs and develop programs aligned with technological advancements.
  • Ensure post-training follow-up with participants to evaluate the impact of training on their professional practice.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automotive mechanics to continually enrich training content.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in automotive mechanics or a related field, with a Class 1, 2, or 3 technician certification.
  • Minimum of one year of practical experience in automotive mechanics.
  • Experience in training or teaching is a major asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey knowledge clearly and engagingly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
