- Open and close work orders
- Prepare appointments for the next day
- Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet
- Answer calls and schedule appointments
- Follow up on ordered parts
- Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
- Handle requests related to extended warranties
- Manage multiple IT platforms
Requirements
- Experience in the automotive field (any position)
