Job Description
- Open and close work orders
- Prepare appointments for the next day
- Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet
- Answer calls and schedule appointments
- Follow up on ordered parts
- Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
- Handle requests related to extended warranties
- Manage multiple computer platforms
Requirements - Experience in the automotive industry (any position)
- Passion for customer service and comfort with the public
- Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple files simultaneously
- Knowledge of Serti (an asset)
