Job Description The technical advisor will play a key role in the customer experience and will be responsible for: Opening and closing work orders; Preparing appointments for the next day; Managing the courtesy vehicle fleet; Answering calls and scheduling appointments; Following up on parts on order; Understanding and applying manufacturer's warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans; Handling requests related to extended warranties; Working with various IT platforms. We also welcome candidates who have held different positions within the automotive industry. Job Requirements Experience in the automotive field (any relevant position); Passion for customer service and ease in working with the public; Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously; Professionalism and team spirit.
