Job Description
- Open work orders;
- Close work orders;
- Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the courtesy vehicle fleet;
- Handle calls and schedule appointments;
- Follow up on parts on order;
- Understand and apply manufacturer warranties including prepaid maintenance plans;
- Make requests related to extended warranties;
- Manage multiple computer platforms.
