Action Grenier Autogroupe is looking for a Technical Advisor to join their team! Job Description
- Open work orders;
- Close work orders;
- Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the courtesy vehicle fleet;
- Answer calls and schedule appointments;
- Follow up on ordered parts;
- Understand and apply manufacturer warranty policies, including prepaid maintenance plans;
- Make requests related to extended warranty;
- Manage multiple IT platforms. Candidates who have worked in all types of positions within the automotive industry are welcome. Job requirements:
- Experience in the automotive field (any type of position);
- Passionate about customer service (enjoy working with the public). We offer a permanent position with a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday), no weekends. The company provides the work uniform. Join a stable team within a growing company. Salary starting from $60,000 per year!
