Job Description Open and close work orders Prepare appointments for the next day Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet Answer calls and schedule appointments Follow up on parts on order Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans Handle requests related to extended warranties Manage multiple computer platforms
Requirements Experience in the automotive field (any type of position) Passion for customer service and ease with the public Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple files simultaneously
