We are looking for a qualified Mechanic/Technician (first-class journeyman) to join our dynamic team at Pneuxpert Longueuil Inc. In this key role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and diagnosis of light vehicle systems, while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on light vehicles.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electronic problems.
- Assist and advise customers on the condition of their vehicle and necessary interventions.
- Comply with the company's safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize performance and continuously improve processes.
Required Qualifications:
- First-class journeyman certification in automotive mechanics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics.
- Excellent knowledge of the mechanical, electronic, and computer systems of modern vehicles.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Customer service-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
