The Window Tinting Specialist is responsible for the professional installation of tinted films on vehicle windows, according to established quality and safety standards. They ensure to provide high-quality service, adhering to deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare the glass surfaces before installation (cleaning, inspection, adjustments).
- Install tinted films on vehicle windows, following client specifications and current legal standards.
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to ensure a flawless finish, without bubbles, creases, or imperfections.
- Advise clients on available tinting options, their benefits (UV protection, privacy, aesthetics), and regulatory compliance.
- Make necessary touch-ups or corrections in case of any issues.
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe.
- Ensure that the installed products comply with provincial/federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the service or body shop team to coordinate work.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in window tinting installation (major asset).
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with precision and efficiency under pressure.
- Knowledge of specialized tools (squeegee, heat gun, application solution, etc.).
- Familiarity with local laws regarding the allowable degree of tint.
- Customer service orientation and professionalism.
- Valid driver's license.
